Returns / Refund Policy :


Returns and refunds are only applicable if you receive a unit that does not match the description of your order and/or you receive the incorrect unit .


You have a 3-business-day grace period to initiate a return. The order must be returned to the shipping center in its original packaging with all included items within those 3 business days. Once we receive and verify the package, a full refund or the agreed upon payment will be processed. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to the carrier to ship your order and are considered an outsourced service.



Cancellation Policy:


Once an order is placed, processing begins immediately to ensure timely preparation and shipment. Because of this, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to an order after it has been submitted. Please be sure to review all details carefully before completing your purchase.

When checking out, it is important to ensure that the correct billing address, zip code, name, and address are provided. Even minor errors can result in your payment being declined.


Addresses can not be changed once order is submitted .

Please note that by completing this purchase, the customer agrees not to file false claims, disputes, or chargebacks. Fraudulent chargebacks are considered theft and may be pursued through the appropriate legal channels. All evidence including tracking, delivery confirmation, communication logs, and order details will be submitted to the payment processor and, if applicable, to legal authorities.

USPS, UPS, and FedEx are our shipping carriers. You’ll receive your tracking number once your unit is being prepared for shipment, followed by a notification when your order has officially shipped.

if you would like to upgrade your shipping after your purchase, please contact our customer service representative. Please note that once a package is shipped out and stated as delivered. We are no longer responsible for the package so please be sure to have your package delivered to a safe location.



“ ready to ship “ units will not include the required processing time and will be shipped within the selected shipping timeframe at checkout .


Business days are Monday - Friday as we are closed on Saturday and Sunday . ( We do not count days that we are closed as working days.

please note that responsibility transfers to the recipient once the carrier confirms delivery so please be sure to have your order arrive to a safe and secure destination.
